Outside the Federal Building
450 Main Street
Hartford, CT

UPDATE: We just received word that Francisco has been granted a 6 month stay! The rally on Monday has been canceled. Thank you for all of your support! Francisco and his family are truly grateful!

Wesleyan janitor Francisco Acosta (on right in photo, with his niece and brother) fled Colombia for his life in 2001. Now, after working legally and checking in regularly with ICE for 17 years, the Trump Administration has decided to deport Francisco -- a primary caregiver for his ill U.S.-citizen mother -- on Wednesday, January 24. Join us at noon on Monday, January 22, in front of the Federal Building in Hartford, to oppose this cruel and senseless action and tell ICE to let Francisco stay!
