Fight Back Against Janus Supreme Court Decision

Today, the Supreme Court ruled against working people’s freedom to negotiate a fair return on their work in their decision on Janus v. AFSCME Council 31. In response, the unions of the Connecticut AFL-CIO and our allies will hold a rally and press conference today at 4:00 p.m. on the steps of the CT Supreme Court. We encourage you to attend to show your support for unions, which give workers a voice in the workplace.

Labor rally & press conference in response to the Supreme Court decision on Janus
When: Wednesday, June 27th at 4:00 PM
Where: Steps of the CT Supreme Court, 231 Capitol Ave, Hartford, CT 06106

Speakers will include public sector workers, private sector workers, and CT AFL-CIO President Lori Pelletier who will denounce the decision which thwarts the aspirations of millions of working people standing together for a better life.
