AFT Connecticut
Thank you for reaching out about the 2023 AFT CT Municipal Endorsement Process. We are looking for candidates who are concerned with the long-term well-being of our state and towns, rather than the short-term interests of individuals or political parties. While there are many issues of great importance to AFT Connecticut members, we have chosen in our endorsement questionnaire those issues we hope will both give you the broadest view of our concerns as well as help us to get to know you.
The first step in our endorsement process is for candidates to fill out the link to the AFT Connecticut 2023 Municipal Questionnaire. This questionnaire will help to assist our union in selecting candidates to endorse in the municipal elections. We encourage you to fully explain your views. After we receive the questionnaire back, we will review the questionnaire and then contact you to either schedule an interview or contact you to get more information.
If you have any questions, please contact one of us below for more information. Thank you and we look forward to working with you.
